The ‘True Geordie Freeroll‘ takes place every Thursday at 19:00 BST and is FREE to enter. 



Each week there’s a $1K tournament dollar prize-pool and a $100 to the person who takes out True Geordie.


Keep an eye on True Geordie’s social channels for additional prizes and to find out when he is streaming the action live.

The ‘Showdown Freeroll‘ is an Exclusive tournament that takes place every Monday at 19:00 BST with a $2K cash prize-pool.


To earn your entry to the next Showdown

 – Make your first deposit at GGPoker.

True Geordie Freeroll (every Thursday)

  1. Players must be aged 18+ to participate in this tournament.
  2. True Geordie freerolls run 8th June - 31st August 2023, every Thursday at 19:00 BST
  3. Only UK and Ireland players are eligible to participate in this promotion.
  4. Tournament prizes will be credited in T$ within 7 days of tournament completion.
  5. Bounty prizes and ticket prizes will be credited within 7 days of tournament completion.
  6. Expiry date of any tickets awarded are stated in the 'My Wallet' section of player's account.
  7. Please note that prize pools and jackpot guarantees are subject to change and some amounts listed on this website may not be current; please check the guarantee amounts listed in the tournament lobby of the GGPoker app for up-to-date prize pool information.
  8. GGPoker reserves the right to modify or suspend this tournament at any time.
  9. If any players fall under suspicion of fraudulent activity, GGPoker has the right to investigate and remove the players once confirmed.

The Showdown Freeroll (every Monday)

  1. Players must be aged 18+ to participate in this tournament.
  2. The Showdown Freerolls run from 3rd July - 28th August 2023, every Monday at 19:00 BST
  3. Only UK and Ireland players are eligible to participate in this promotion.
  4. Players are eligible to receive one (1) Showdown Freeroll tournament ticket per week.
  5. To receive a ticket for the upcoming Freeroll, a player must make an eligible deposit before 19:00 BST on the day of the next Freeroll.
  6. The minimum deposit necessary to obtain a Showdown Freeroll tournament ticket is $10 for first time depositors. For players making a subsequent deposit the minimum deposit to obtain a Showdown Freeroll tournament ticket is $20.
  7. Eligible players will receive their Showndown Freeroll tournament ticket upon making a qualifying deposit.
  8. Any Showdown Freeroll tickets awarded as part of this promotion will expire after late registration closes for that week's Freeroll. Unused tickets will expire and have zero value.
  9. GGPoker reserves the right to modify or suspend this promotion at any time.
